Bob, a cameraman, arrives at a secret, closed facility. His task is to create a film that praises the security agencies for reforming the 'tangled people' who work at this power plant. There, he meets Alice, an actress he had previously worked with, and discovers that she is monitored by a warden who is present in her room, which has no walls at all, at all times to ensure visual surveillance. Gradually, Bob learns what is being done to people like Alice and secretly films the plant's hidden side.
